Financing
In today's market having money for down payment is critical. The more you have the better the home you can afford and possible better interest rates as well. FHA loans require 3.5% down and some special loans available require as little as 2% down or even 0% down. Financing doesn't have to be confusing or difficult. We have several lenders who can help with Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA and CHFA. One of these will fit your needs.
Prequalifying for a loan
You must be pre-qualified for a loan before you can make an offer on a home. By pre-qualifying you will know exactly what price home you can afford and you won't waste your time looking at homes you can't afford.
Closing costs
Closing costs must be paid when you close on your home. While we can ask the seller to pay these as part of the offer, it doesn't always happen. Make sure you have money to cover closing costs as well as your down payment
